When you submit a form on our website, you share personal information with us. This page explains what we collect through our web forms, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can request its removal. We do not collect payment information, government ID, or sensitive personal information through any of our website forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through any form on qless.com may be used for the following purposes, depending on the nature of your submission:

  • Responding to your request. Our team will follow up to deliver what you requested — whether that is a product demonstration, a content download, a webinar confirmation, or a response to a general inquiry.
  • Qualifying inquiries. For demo and contact requests, we review submissions to determine whether QLess is a fit for your use case and assign your request to the appropriate regional representative.
  • Internal CRM management. Your information is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track communications and manage follow-up.
  • Marketing communications. By submitting a form on our site, we may send you relevant product updates, case studies, or event invitations. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@qless.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • Analytics and improvement. Anonymized and aggregated form submission data may be used to improve our website and marketing effectiveness. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not use your form submission data for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the nature of your original submission.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share your form submission data only with the following categories of third parties, each of whom is bound by appropriate data processing agreements:

All third parties listed above are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than those described above. We do not share your information with advertising networks for retargeting purposes without your prior consent via our cookie banner.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information collected through forms on qless.com for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Spam submissions identified during our routine review process are deleted on a rolling basis and are not retained in our CRM.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS on all form submissions
  • Access controls within our CRM limiting lead data to authorized sales and operations personnel only
  • Google reCAPTCHA bot protection on the form to prevent unauthorized or automated submissions
  • WP Engine Advanced Network providing DDoS protection and network-level security via Cloudflare infrastructure

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@qless.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding the personal information we collected through our website forms:

  • Right to Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction. Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to Deletion. Request that we delete your personal information from our systems.
  • Right to Opt Out of Marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent. If processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
