QLess 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA) Guarantee
QLess guarantees 99.9% uptime on a monthly basis.
These times exclude any network latency; it is only the time for a request to complete after we have received it, and the time for us to send the response back over the network. In other words, it does not include the time for a customer’s request to reach us, or for the first byte of our response to reach the customer.
Any violation of this SLA Guarantee will result in a 100% credit for the outage during business hours. This guarantee does not apply to any problems or limitations that are local only to the customer or their connection to the Internet.
