Stacia Wilkins, Senior Client Success Manager
Stacia is a seasoned SaaS Sales and Client Success Executive with an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from DePaul University. She brings to QLess over 20+ years experience in Client Success, Sales, and Business Consulting. Stacia has a keen eye – and passion for – working with customers. Her core focus is on Customer Retention, Customer Growth, and Customer Advocacy and Service. Experience as a management consultant with companies based in Paris, Munich, and London also provides a unique skill, understanding the global needs of today’s companies.
Lisa Wilt, Client Success Manager
Lisa has several years of experience working at QLess in various capacities. She has worked with various programs from the ground up and brings to the team a deep understanding of the product. She has a strong sales and client-focused background coupled with a passion for working with customers to ensure happiness and success with their QLess program. Prior to QLess, Lisa worked for 12+ years in the Pharmaceutical and Publishing industries and has a Business Administration degree from Wittenberg University.
