The Best Practice Guide for QLess

These are the recommended practices when you first start using QLess:

  1. Use QLess continuously for 61 days after your account has been created.
  2. Participating in daily calls with the support team QLess during the first week of use, excluding calls regarding configuration.
  3. Participated in weekly calls with the support team QLess from week 2 to week 8.
  4. Use QLess every week for the first four months for all customers with at least 100 customers queued per week.
  5. Go through the QLess User Guide and sit with a QLess Support team member for a training session. All staff using QLess must be involved in the training session.
  6. Ask customers to opt in for mobile marketing program when they are manually added to your queue.
  7. Send or have QLess send promotional coupons to customers who have opted in (this will never exceed one SMS per week for customers that choose to opt in).
  8. Assign a staff member to monitor your QLess queue management system, if possible.
