Here's an Example of How it Works:

During that wait, her children would be exposed to whatever communicable diseases others in the waiting area might have, while her sick child would be returning the favor. But since the clinic recently signed up with QLess, the mother simply dialed the wait list number from her cell phone and learned that the wait was 2 hours. She asked to be put on the list, and since she lives 15 minutes from the clinic, requested to be alerted when her wait time was down to 20 minutes. The mother then tended to her sick child in the comfort of their home, while the healthy children played in a familiar, relatively germ-free environment.
